Why bother? Someone elses audio work (in this case The Jerky Boys) with terrible animation added. They should call their lawyers! Make something of your own.... but I guess you can't.

I've seen the joke before, done better, see cartoon strip "Underworld" by KAZ... the book Ink Punk (published by Fantagraphics) has the joke on page 80, and it's copyright 1998.

Having never seen it I couldn't have copied it directly, and I admit the idea itself is common enough in this society of violence.
As for the copyright, It's for the actual work, characters, and text...not the intellectual rights to the concept.
In any case, the more is said on the subject, the better. Violence is too accepted in our society and it needs to be addressed in any and all ways possible.
